Commercial Eviction Question

I purchased my first commercial property and currently don’t have any issues. It is retail/office space. I live in South Dakota and just curious if I would ever run into a tenant that has a signed lease, but ends up not being able to afford rent at some point, and won’t leave...what the eviction process looks like for a legal timeframe to move their business out and start to re rent unit. I am familiar with residential rules not as much commercial. This is a worse case scenario, but wanted to learn more about this process since it’s my first one and need to know worse cases. Thanks
