@Bob Okenwa, I should have tagged you previously when I wanted to know: where did you see (written in the Fannie Mae guideline): "since you are an investor, the Fannie Mae guidelines state that a down payment of no less than 15% is needed when using a fixed-rate mortgage"? 

That is just one example of the liability side of having the tag reading software.
