Although I am new to the BP forums and podcast, I have been a student landlord for awhile. I own and manage a SFH in New Paltz, NY that I bought in 2004. It's rented out (by the room) to grad students. I am interested in learning more about tenant communication and am looking for another house in New Paltz, NY to either rent to students or do Air Bnb.
