It was a complete redo with all the parts from Craigslist and the Habitat for Humanity retail stores.In 2015 I found a nice beat up house on a corner lot with a small caretakers cottage, that one took nine months of work to get fixed and rented but I’ve had tenants in the house and in the small caretakers cottage since!
