Here is so more food for thought: 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

Then check it every so often....Most cats cannot resit the smell of fresh tuna fish just out of the can.If it escaped outside and the food is not eaten (by that cat), a cat loving neighbor probably cat-napped it. 

It included things like dirt, sand, broken toys, uneaten food, articles of clothing and shoes.

What about a fast food, such as McDonalds.Do you have enough lot size for them if it was demoed?

But we have nice beaches, food and attractions. 

We see the occasional block foundation but I don't think I've ever seen an entire home made from cement block.I know one "feature" of block foundations around here is that building codes won't allow a 2nd story to be added to a single story with a block foundation.That could have something to do with what I see here as it's pretty hard to find a ranch. 

But still would pass because I assume most oil and gas will begin to dry up when dems take over (Im fine with that) but...Im also in east TX and West TX near Universities and a big food processing plant.

This gives me some food for thoughts.

Tax office, retail, small food etc all super risky in these areas.

Food coloring in toilet tanks are a good way to see if flappers are leaking on toilet.
