Old school Dental office conversion ideas
I need help with this, an old school dental office, built in 195’s with 2 exam rooms and 1 office, ample parking space on a very busy road. Dentist is retiring, however, need to find something to fill the space with. Unfortunately the cost of upgrading the office would be too much and there are now over half a dozen dentists in the same area, on the same block. Further, crime has been high in recent years and property values are low. Even the dentist is barely making any money.
I’m wondering what i can do with this space, even if i need to expand over the parking lot to expand it, ill do that. But i just don’t know who will move in or where to list such a commercial space. I can upload pictures if necessary.
thanks guys

I am not an expert on this, but I heard of an older dentist office near me a while back that had some environmental issues. I think it was related to the x Ray's, but not positive. Be thorough during due diligence
