Honestly I don't think you need any more education or I'll say the BEST education is on the ground, hands on experience.Everyone will have tips, advice and little things that will help you do things better or faster or to make more money but the best way to do a deal is to do a deal from beginning to end.Keep moving forward, it sounds like you got a good deal!
