I have a nice garden that's not too much to maintain, lots of rose bushes the tenants can cut and bring inside, flowering vines on the fence (and take care of any repairs/issues around the building - real "pride of ownership").

It might be the cynic in me, but I tend to think this is because MF makes no money off of either of these investment types, and view them as a competitive threat to their fee-based news letters and stock tip sheets.

The last couple months I've been looking a lot into Westland, Garden City, and Redford and Redford does seem to be the most cash flow friendly for the most part.
