New to rehabs and walk throughs

I'm trying to get a better understanding of estimating rehab costs. I've got a pretty good idea, I think, but I would really want to find someone that I can have to accompany me or accompany them on walkthroughs with me whether that be a contractor or a local investor that just has some spare time. 

If not that is alright, I have a property in mind that I think I can put pictures up of and kind of walk through what I'm thinking and estimating the costs to be, just to see if I'm in the ballpark.
