Does anyone have any tips for a 20 year old starting off?
Hey guys, I am a 20 year old collage student who is finishing his degree next year, it’s an economics degree. I plan on getting into property and deviating away from a 9-5 job. Does anyone have any tips for getting started?

You're going to need a decent paying w2 job to get pre-approved for a mortgage.
start budgeting and saving as much money as you possibly can. Build your credit but dont go nuts with it. Dont buy any big ticket items like a car on a loan. All a car loan does is depreciate and give you a higher dti.
Getting away from a 9-5 job can take a while but it is achievable if you are able to budget wisely and work hard.
