This is my first property purchase so I am unsure if there is a specific type of form that is usually filled out or if this can be asked in a less formal way.

@Wayne Brooks I scratched out/rewrote the correct spelling using DocuSign right on the signed form and initialled right next to the new spelling.Do you suspect this could be an issue?

I am trying to find the right market for me to dive into and start hitting the ground running from there. 

The mortgage note itself is a form of asset protection, unless you have a good chunk of equity already to worry about.

I will recalculate the number to see if it makes sense.But the question I would like to ask here: should I insist that they should fix the foundation for me?

This is a gray area for me.

I used a contractor that had done some smaller jobs for me before but nothing this big. 

I get asked all the time what "these trees" are worth and I have to tell them that unless the trees in question are very valuable (large diameter, great form, high grade, etc.), they are worth far more from an aesthetic standpoint.

I messaged support and they offered to change the time for me on their end.
