I go to willcountysoa.com and on the left had side I normally click "Property Search" You can search by parcel ID which can be found on zilliow or you can search by address but I sometimes have a hard time going that route because the spelling is crucial and it is case sensitive and you have to know the abbreviation for St, Ave, Rd, etcOnce the website finds the property, click "Treasury Tax Info" There you will find the owner of the property and will let you know also if they've been keeping up with property taxes.

No I have not seen anything but tax parcel pictures and google street view.

We're both pretty cheap, we can live off a little bit but we'd have to move out of the DMV area as everything from houses to food is overpriced here.

It is a large enough parcel to fit several Assembly Row type structures, or its own massive innovation district which would be ideal for startups with their owners needing to travel frequently as it is off blue line train to airport.Just my 2 cents.

Better off sticking with JV structure unless you plan on selling the syndicated mortgage later as an investment in smaller parcels.
