I’m a maintenance person during the day and willing to offer any skills I have and also willing to help in many aspects in order to learn.

The kicker is we have no unit left to move to, all the units are rented out, and quite honestly we don't really want to move back there because now our 4 unit MF is cash flowing beautifully.The Goal:  Purchase a home that will be our primary residence and has an income-generating aspect to it. 

Get an accountability partner for an aspect of your life you both hope to improve (real estate, fitness, diet, etc).

I would also handle all the traditional aspects of property management and maintenance.

If that's not possible, there's a massive community of hosts and side businesses you can reach out to in order to outsource any aspect of the business, from advertising to cleaning.In my experience, owning a vacation rental business is well worth the risks.

If the tenant himself continues to challenge the aspect of repaying the damage that was done then I will reach out to the Section 8 office to see if they can be of assistance.   

I would also screen Tennant’s and be in charge of all managerial aspects.

While the education aspect of these events is still good, there is much to be desired on the networking front.

Unfortunately, most brokers think their value proposition exists in knowing something no one else does and keeping it to themselves2) Chaos - I love the machine learning aspect, but be honest, the 8-day weather forecast for 3 Sept 20 is less accurate than using the average numbers for 3 Sept over the past 50 years.
