What is the best way to get connected with local wholesalers in Atlanta, Georgia. I am generally experienced in investing but new to the area. Are there meetups, groups etc.?

Hey @Rudy Manna,

Since COVID, all decent networking events have gone virtual. While the education aspect of these events is still good, there is much to be desired on the networking front. BP and facebook groups are great places to look for wholesalers.

However, with Atlanta so hot, the margins for wholesale deals are practically as slim as MLS deals. I get multiple emails daily and none get close to being a good deal. That being said, I am happy to share these with you so that you can sign up for their buyers lists. Shoot me a message anytime!
