I'm going to encourage Baton Rouge, Ascension & Livingston investors to ask you guys about my integrity. 

On a recent episode they featured attorney Scott Smith who shared a ton of great information.

I was warmly welcomed into the community with positive and encouraging responses, which I thought was awesome.Many recommendations were given, and I'm building a solid foundation by educating myself.

To help educate the public about the dangers of unlicensed activity, be proactive and encourage your clients to verify your real estate license.

I encourage you to give back as well and answer a post or two when you have time.  

I think transportation and jobs are the big drivers for rentals.Some features like land and above average square footage seem to do little to increase rental rates.  

I did see that feature, @Chaz Reid but I don't need to break up that list.
