Holly - I'm a Colorado newbie!

Hello everyone! 

My name is Holly Stiles and I currently reside in La Salle, Colorado. I've been in Real Estate for the past 8 years as a wholesaler, landlord and fixing and flipping properties. My Real Estate license is with Brokers Guild Cherry Creek and I am currently pursuing my appraisal license as well. I also own a website business that provides knowledge, resources, education and much more for investors and their investment projects. Even though I live in Northern Colorado, the majority of my work takes place in the Greater Denver area.

I decided to join Bigger Pockets to expand my network and meet fellow investors in the Colorado area! I look forward to meeting you all and learning more from other industry experts. :)
