That should suffice in most cases.The other issue is that banks will just not provide a centralized knowledgeable resource for such specialty accounts. 

Did you run it by experts? 

I am an expert in residential real estate as far as flips and buy and hold.

Right now you should just find an office that will provide you with the true support and knowledge to do well in the business.

I have been a part of the market for a good many years and would be happy to share some additional knowledge and conversation.

I want a good foundation of knowledge for my business I could care less about a super high upfront split if no one is going to teach me anything lol.

Sharing only the success stories, you earn people's respect for your knowledge.

Yes, an exhaustive knowledge would be nice, but I was hoping that's what a professional forum like this could help me with.I don't feel it's fair to tell a person to exit the stage just because they're not 100% educated. 

I know i will eventually screw up or something wrong will eventually happen but id like to make that as minimal as possible and get as much knowledge as possible please help me out guys id appreciate it.
