Any advice on tax lien and deed investing. I am an expert in residential real estate as far as flips and buy and hold. I want to expand my expertise and portfolio. Has anyone ever heard of these guys? Tony Martinez and Saen Higgins Founders, U.S. Tax Lien Association 25 Years of Expert Tax Lien Investment Experience Any advice on how my prior knowledge can help me with tax liens? I’m thinking about learning from the above US Tax Lien association?

Maria,

If they are charging more than $200 I would skip using them. There is plenty of expertise on BP. Read the past posts on the subject then ask any questions you have.

Talk to your local county where tax auctions are held for info.

Attend an auction, get a feel for it. Try and find a mentor at the auction. Take them to lunch and pick their brain.
