@Kenny RainsI just got into being an agent so that’s my major focus for now but yes I’m interested in investing in all the major cities on this side of the water.

Then home price rising again lol.What will happen for sure is there will be much less activity for real estate just like in 1979 hence the RE company would need to let go their agent.

I would have paid another experienced local investor (an unbiased party not having anything to do with the sale of the home or selling me services) to do a thorough video tour of every inch of the house before submitting an offer. 

Any thoughts specific top Austin market, and any proven Agents you can recommend in the area would be appreciated.

I only work with agents who are also investors, as they are looking at a deal the same way that you are 

I’ve probably looked at 200-300+ deals (wholesaler deals, agent deal, on market, etc) and all of them either lose money or break even.
