I have no investments currently, but I hope to change that within the next 12 months.I got turned on to real estate investing through a random youtube video, which led to discovering Bigger Pockets and a slew of other podcasts and video series, which in turn led me to a load of books on the subjects that I've been practically drowning in for the past couple months. 

Have listened to lots of podcasts, YouTube videos and read some articles on this real estate vehicle.

I would recommend finding those trade professionals on YouTube and watch their videos.

I will be going into a Law Enforcement Academy here soon, this will strongly limit the amount of free time I have to sit down and just read, but I can always listen to a video or whatnot while working on other things.

My eyes and head hurt from all this research reading and YouTube videos I’ve been falling asleep to the bigger pockets podcast every night so far.
