Like the title states..iv those qualifications at the Minimum.Im a very excited and motivated "Learning" Investor.Id Love to start Networking and speaking with people (esp in my area/Metro/Wayne County Area Michicgan) I posted about my Experience in Construction Not only to speak of my qualifications and "advantages" i may have over other beginner investors but also bc like i said im excited & MOTIVATED to learn every bit i can and get my first Deal on its way!

I just finished reading the BP's Ultimate Beginners Guide and am excited to start reading the remaining BP's books.My main goal with real estate investing is to create financial freedom.  

Owner early on if not in BK could be excited and motivated to do a short sale.

I'm beyond excited to get started.

There are several places nearby that will cost a lot less and be very exciting.

Hello BP team...Happy Friday.....I am excited to complete my first 3 projects in  NW Indiana and ready for Cashout refinance (BRRR....).

To my point, the two I bought were on the market for quite a while and I can only assume because the numbers on the MLS, they didn't excite people, they didn't go in the places/or wrote it off based on the  MLS info.
