Therapy, House cleaner, prepared meal delivery, promotion at work, avoid annoying co-worker by switching to a new team/office, laundry service, move so you have a shorter commute? 

I don't think people pay that so they offer deals like 4200 for 2 years and they just recently had a promotion for 3800 for two years. 

We promote "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle."  

It makes the purchase process much easier and faster, and makes my offer much more enticing to the seller.

Briefly studying the markets across the US, I have found this trend: Where new construction was red hot and building was promoted by the local municipality, they are enduring a more Buyers market and on the flip side, areas where there is not a lot of new construction and only really existing homes for sale - there is a sellers market. 

Lived there for a year, didn't have any walk away equity, his wife got a promotion that took them to another market, they rented the place out at a small loss but decided to keep it.

Politicians promoting these programs by taxing those that are willing to work and doling it out to those who lack ambition and don't really want to work for a living.Vote for me and you will get free stuff!
