We can get some local lenders/vendors to maybe provide food or drinks and give them the opportunity to promote their companies.

Therapy, House cleaner, prepared meal delivery, promotion at work, avoid annoying co-worker by switching to a new team/office, laundry service, move so you have a shorter commute? 

I don't think people pay that so they offer deals like 4200 for 2 years and they just recently had a promotion for 3800 for two years.
