If it feels uncomfortable for you then work in your comfort zone.For me, no, I would have already called them because that seems easiest and quickest to me--vs uncomfortable.If the person was close enough, I might even go knock on their door and introduce myself.In both instances you might run into grumpy Gus, rude Randy, or Barking Dogs Bob (see link below) and not get very far in your conversation, but you could also draw the Ace Card and pick up a winner of a deal.https://www.youtube.com/watch?
