I found someone to do it, he live some distance away, a heavy snowstorm hit, so heavy that the city couldn't get it's plows out.

But the closest one I found so far is in the Dr Phillips area of Orlando, which is out of our range, distance wise.

You want to create a false time constraint here (which might be too late now that youve let them create the timeline with after the holidays). 

A couple of things I can think of right now:  I picked this one up from,  Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene.

I understand wanting to jump in with both feet to get started, but I guarantee that you will regret doing this from a distance.

From a long distance perspective that’s gonna be hard to get into in Raleigh.  

What I'm wondering is, is this a bad idea to start out flipping long distance with relatively little experience but with a decent network.  

Either way, there should be options within walking distance that would be easy to rent to students while you're there and after.
