Way to get creative!

I'm just clueless when it comes to getting creative i need a guy or gal who knows the ropes and is willing to help my situation.  

I also check the deeds to ensure they are conveyed properly.

Is there a more creative/easier way to assist them?

The person I was talking to told me to ALWAYS work with the listing agent because it will ensure you get a better deal on the property.

Just closed on one today :)Creatively you can get many revenue streams, advertising on the exterior, coin operated laundry, vending machines.

And, even though the price point for entry is comparatively low, it requires you to be an expert at deal analysis, rehab estimation, marketing, negotiation, creative strategies, and multiple exit strategies.  

The title companies role is to facilitate that transaction, ensure that a clean title is being conveyed and hold funds in escrow.
