@Mindy Jensen My property is an Air BnB condo a block from the beach in a heavy tourist area with a lot of expensive parking...and I word it like this “ Hi, just wanted to remind you that our checkout time is strictly at 10 am in order for our cleaners to get the property in excellent condition again.

This only works with a decent amount of scale. if you can pick up entire blocks you may be onto something but one random new build here or there in the hood is not a good use of your time and money.
