Realtors in Dayton and Akron, help valuing/selling 20-30 sfr

I’m doing diligence on 50 units in the Akron and Dayton areas in Ohio.

Looking for local professionals that can help me fine-tune a couple values and sell approximately half of the inventory upon purchase. Would also need help with property management on the remaining units they keep. I will be flying out to the area in the next week and a half and would like to do most of the fact-finding and conversation prior to landing so my time there is optimized.

Looking for agents in these two areas that can help me assign value and identify the best ones to keep versus sell.

Also looking for a general information and trends about the areas to better educate myself.

Thanks

Gary
