Interesting indeed.Sounds like there could be a loss of value which the city could be on the hook to compensate for or remediate.My first move would to be contact an attorney or at least the local bar association for a referral.At least I'd be asking the city to compensate me for the value of the tree (in our area, tree are quite the thing and valuable) and a fence for privacy.

The 203k lender controls the process, calls the shots, and manages the paperwork, funds the loan, selects the 203k Consultant, etc.Contractor - any licensed, bonded, insured contractor is allowed to do the work, but that doesn't mean they know the different versions of the 203k , familiar with the unique 203k paperwork, processes, timelines, compensation structure, nuances, etc.
