I just want to know how you know who a real lender is.

Look at lower ARV properties 200k and below and you'll probably find some that can work as a flip or a BRRRR even with current interest rates.I also would recommend meeting with a lender and describing your goals. 

Lenders will advice buying in your personal name, then deeding the Title to the LLC. 

...and how much more revenue are you usually seeing for a MTR compared to a LTR? 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Average cost where we are now is like $5000 for set up, and you may not need a full foundation depending on the manufacturer requirements and what the lender requires.

This is very weird to me since other lenders will work with buyers from  any state.

@Mel Volland The lender would not really be privy to or a part of the seller-financed second position.

In high appreciation markets, accelerated payments or buying cash flow is a horrendous return compared to other options.
