Need Foundation B UI Lt For A Modular Home. Anyone Ever Done This? Any Referrals?

I’m putting the above modular home on a lot that needs a foundation with basement built for the house to be set on. 
anyone here ever had something like this done? Anyone knows any brick layers who specialize in this type of thing?
