I recommend doing it right on the first one with the real professionals, then copy those docs for all your others and go cheaper on future formations elsewhere.

@Jeff Cichocki I'm right outside of Milwaukee, I got the writ and brought it to the Sheriff's department and they said I'd have to hire one of the following moving companies and then come back(she gave me a list of 2 different ones Milwaukee county works with) Not really interested in paying them if I can avoid it...I'm sure my cash for keys deal will be cheaper.

I also noticed that buying a 2,3, or 4plex is considerably cheaper than Dallas even in the nicer areas(vetted by my SA local friends).

I find that even having to pay their arrears is much cheaper than having to drop 20-25% down when buying an investment property conventionally.

I own one single family rental in Madison and am interested in the Appleton area because I’m originally from the area and I see the potential for cheaper properties with higher returns.I’m currently looking for a realtor and advice on a property management company.

In my case I'd be sending someone to the courthouse to compile lists of probate leads with properties in the estate.Per hour sounds cheaper to me and more secure to them (people don't know at first glance what the work entails).

@Jason Etheridge it’s definitely cheaper to build one building and you will save money hiring a GC to do the whole thing turn key.
