@Marque A Clark no you can run a business as a "Sole Proprietor" Basically that means your business is not legally separate from you.

You can't force someone to buy a property from you via lawsuit, not to mention the amount of money you'll ultimately spend on legal fees makes it not worth it.

If he is interested there there is no problem.Of course there is the disclaimer that I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice. (-: I do know from a background in law enforcement that you can't just throw out a charge of harassment--you have to take some legal steps (such as a protective order or restraining order).

hi Melida. i currently own a 2 family in the bronx and also bought i using an FHA loan. i purchased a home that was being sold FSBO. he agreed to drop the price 15k off the bat since he was saving the agents comission. i just used an attorney provided by my employers pre paid legal benefit. no agents were used. i am biased but i think the Fordham/Jerome area is a great area to invest.
