Looking for some help in the Los Angeles Area

I'm looking for someone resourceful that can do some legwork for me. There is a vacant house in my market that I've been trying to contact the owner for months: calls, texts, Facebook, etc. He lives in Rosemead and owns a business in Alhambra. I would love someone to see if they can have a conversation with him and let him know that I'd like to give him an offer. Of course, if I'm able to get it under contract I'd be happy to compensate you for your work on it. Let me know. Thanks!
