It has some of the communications features that others are missing but I think the new thing now is call tracking and analytics on all of the phone numbers to track each marketing campaign seperately.

In fact I just looked at the subsections and each one of those has EVERY active ad on the first page.Positive in that there will be less competition but negative since it if was a great lead source more people would do it.So that is why I want to be active on it but do not feel putting a lot of effort and money into a Craigslist campaign makes sense at this point.

There are several ways to locate properties but from my understanding doing mailing campaigns or "yellow letters" seems to be what gets more results.

They can post your CL ads everyday, send out your email blasts, set up your direct mail campaigns, upload pics/videos to your website as well as answering phone calls, putting signs and lockboxes on your properties, setting your appointments, handling paperwork and the list goes on...
