Hello ladies and gentlemen, I am hoping for a little guidance...I started driving for dollars about 6 months back and subsequently started a direct mail campaign.

I should not care.. but frankly I do. and I just cant be a party to this .. your seller obviously is uneducated and does not know what they are doing.. so I will pass.so then they list it for 230k and of course it does not sell.. and in the mean time I see the NOD on it and the lady owes 200k  so there you go wholesaler thinking he is going to retire on this one deal.. has no clue whats really owed.. and we settled at 206k and he had to pay my closing costs of 1200...

I heard it on the podcast and the ladies deliver it with remarkable authority.

There was one older lady who we probably spoke on the phone for about an hour or so, but I felt it was worth it because I established rapport with her, and she is very interested in doing business with me.

That said, Account Closed, I've heard audio tracks on your coaching site where you play calls that came into your business, and it sounds like the young lady is pretty much following a SCRIPT.  

He told me he has been trying to get his son, his son's 'old lady' and grandson to move out for 7 years.  

When I called to inquire about the left over listings a lady told me they "might" have some more booklets but she could not say for sure if they had any.

I bought the mortgage from a lady who sold the property and did owner financing.

But the ladies that make up the majority of that work force would really have them by the balls if they just stick to their guns and refuse lower pay.

Hi Peter,It might be smart to find out why it's gapping.I am aware of a situation where there were several people out on a balcony during a party, it collapsed due to structural problems.A young lady was injured very badly.It might be smart to find out why it's gapping--and fix the problem vs just weather proofing it.Good Luck!
