The wole time I was watching that farce, all I could think was that I would like to burn that house to the ground, commit a hate crime against the project manager, and send A&E an invoice for my lost time.That show should be on between Jerry Springer and Maury Povich so the lowest common denominator of society can enjoy it.

But they had the opportunity to get hired if they gave the lowest bid and/or I felt like they were the most qualified.I would think you'd burn a lot of bridges fast if you just used people for estimates with no intention of ever hiring them.

I am willing to bet that the real investors are still around, the speculators riding the hot wave got burned to a crisp.I bought a few near the peak, luckily for me they were in TX where values do not go up or down as fast as many other states, so I only took small losses, but learned great lessons.I am still here today and stronger than ever from the experiences.

I have thought about notes but I don't know much about it, and more importantly, where to find them.Overall I'm a little burned out by submitting a zillion offers and I'm not willing to pay short sellers under the table, etc. to get my offer accepted.
