There's a ton of ways to search and you just need to setup the searches and have the MLS automatically email you when a property meets that criteria!

Looks to me like they enter the owner's into the registry automatically to prevent exactly what you are trying to do.

., they both said "subject to lender approval".I was always under the impression that once it was approved for one buyer (who then backs out), it was then automatically "approved" for any qualified subsequent buyer as long as they offered the approved price (or more).

I had a general idea of what I wanted to focus on, but then as I was writing my plan, the focus shifted slightly.

While these do not meet the above criteria, the process is so easy and emotionless, its almost automatic.
