I am of course not that experienced, but just looking at some current and potential Dutch laws and the Dutch overheated market, may make investing in the Netherlands not that attractive I guess.

This could be a Youtube page where you post educational content, a podcast, or other social media platforms. this will not only help you attract capital but will also help you have some kind of presence to potential investors that will serve to building your credibility in the space. 

Among these markets, Florida (FL) sounds very attractive to me. 

so even at 100k a door that's 1 million in cash  so unless you can start with a big chunk  its a long game. 

I know you have to buy equipment, pay employees, pay utilities etc, but a half a million dollars a year to pocket $75K? 

As long as the rental property is about a 15 minute walk to the University, close to those Towson University bus stops, or close to the bars uptown, it will be attractive to students. 

YUP when you have lots starting at basically 200k  to millions.. density becomes an issue.either that or you have to stack em..  

What attracted you to this negative cash flow property in the first place?

The fact that there are so many rules, regs, and the eventual elimination of STRs all over the valley makes anywhere that allows them attractive to me.

They offer what seem to be very attractive terms.
