Around a month ago when I made this post we hadn't talked about the park for a couple months, he stopped in where I work to tell me $500k and it was mine.So I talked with two banks, they have wildly different terms, neither I find appealing. 

Don’t get me started on Crypto but it does not produce income and not leveraged.Bitcoin is just a medium for currency and built on a blockchain technology which is the real interesting appeal to me.

Having upstairs and downstairs tenants split 60/40 which leaves potential for dispute on who used what and also a less appealing rental. 

I will say though always keep in mind resale whether it is a rental, flip, or permanent residence.I would keep the stain pattern a little subdued and neutral in color, this will appeal to many more people.I didn't realize paneling was back in, even if it is I would apply what I said to this as well.

Do you guys appeal your tax assessment in Milwaukee? 

I believe strongly in creating as much of a win-win scenario as possible.Do you have any advice as to which resources I can use to format appealing deal structures?

I feel a 4/2.5 is more appealing then a 5/1.5 basically anywhere and better utilizes the space.

The US is definately appealing for me, and I would really like to look for investment opportunities in the future, but at this point I think that my partner and I are a little more comfortable looking for something a little closer to home (NZ) for our first investment.We will be visiting New Zealand for a week in late August, and are hoping to make some contacts such as Sourcing Agents, local Real Estate Agents, Accountants, etc, and start to build a local team.I'd love to hear back from anyone who might know any local contacts or sourcing agents that they would recommend, and areas that we should start looking?
