Bitcoin... What do you tell your friends?

What are you guys telling your unsophisticated friends about bitcoin when they ask you?

I feel like Bitcoin is just new fresh and it is something that every bro out there with 50 dollars can purchase. I always try to do things and level up so less and less people can get into.

My three rules of investing:

1) evaluate income and expenses for positive cashflow

2) leverage with favorable debt terms

3) hard asset

*gold is a hard asset but does not produce (1) cashflow or (2) leveragable... Of course you could leverage it via Mining Stocks but then you would not be (3) hard asset. Don’t get me started on Crypto but it does not produce income and not leveraged.

Bitcoin is just a medium for currency and built on a blockchain technology which is the real interesting appeal to me.
