This is my first Lease Option and I need specific advise on how to exit this property.My situation is complicated by the following:I am a Realtor and have a duty to disclose important informationI am clearly effected by what could be a conflict of interest if I list itI can't list the home as a "FSBO" because I am not currently the ownerI can't list the property on the MLS because the owners would have to sign the listing agreementI think I could potentially take home about 30K after selling the property at today's value, but if I list it on the MLS and pay my brokerage, pay a buyer's agent and transactional lender for putting up the money on my end, most of that disappears.

Doing some research and due diligence, for my own education.The advise I have read states to look at FFIEC, FDIC, and NCUA.

I remember you advising that you had a good relationship with a bank and get 85% loan-to-value at 15- years.

Happy to give you some advise but you need to supply some more details.

I would highly advise you to make sure these PM companies, especially the small ones have Property themselves and make sure they really treat your property like it was their bottom on the line. 

We have some capital but we were advised to take 'baby steps' I look forward to passing on the reciprocal advice in the very near future.

I only ask because I lived in Atl previously for a few years, rented there, and never received  a rental print out for my taxes, please advise thank you!!!
