Hello,

I'm just starting out in rental property investing (this last year) and I had a previous tenant email and request a print out of her rent paid?? Do you normally provide this to your tenants for tax season? (I'm in TX). I've just been entering her rents on my Excel workbook so I don't have a print out to give her.......and she's the only one that has requested this. I only ask because I lived in Atl previously for a few years, rented there, and never received  a rental print out for my taxes, please advise thank you!!!

@Bonny Potter - some of my tenants ask for them.  you can make up a template like this and fill it out, just make sure to only do months that you owned the property and received rent
