Tim Chapman what do u mean talking through the association?

Hey Everybody,My name is Tim and I recently financed my first multi-family in the Greater Boston area.

Don't be a donkey- (I just read Tools of the Titans by Tim Ferriss, i think this was the Chris Sacca chapter...)

I also read Tim Harris' Comercial Real Estate for Beginners and found that to be good in understanding the process a bit better though not solely based on MF it had a good section on it.

@Tim Schmelzer my husband and I have a construction company, we are a realtor and GC team here in San Antonio and primarily work with investors only.

It seems that the biggest problem is that rents are pretty low like Tim said, I'm not sure why that is.

As @Tim Johnsonmentioned, rent levels are factored in with higher costs.Purchase prices in Elizabeth are pretty low compared with other nearby areas and rents are respectable.  

I was approached last week by a Co from UK "Business Area Limited" about financing a land development project in MN (large project)Tim Robert George Co's rep contacted me with a proposition to provide financing for the the project.
