Wholesale Questions - Puyallup, WA
Hey Everyone!
I am just starting out in real estate and looking to get my feet wet in Wholesaling. I have a basic understanding of the wholesale process and what it takes to find and make deals. I really would like to hear from some wholesalers in my area about the way that they do things. I still have many things I would like to learn before getting started. Some of the questions I still have are:
- What does a good wholesale deal look like?
- How do you find leads?
- How do you find end buyers?
- Can you double close here in WA? I've read a lot of discussions that assigning contracts is the way to go.
I also wouldn't mind hearing comments from other wholesalers who aren't in WA.
Thanks!
