I have the most success in Irondale, South Avondale, Gardendale and Adamsville.

Are there still plenty of good LTV’s out there from motivated sellers or are they harder to find now?Are banks open to short sales and if so what are the typical LTV’s today?Where are the best opportunities today?Than...
