Otherwise, your best bet is seeking a third party company to get you from start to finish. 

Bigger pockets can be interesting at times, I would bet that those who caution against wholesaling have NEVER successfully completed a wholesale deal!

Hi @Ken Danos, I am not sure what your are looking for your price, but I would probably say your best bet is to hire an agent.

Redevelopment upside seems like a good bet given a ong tome horizon,  the discounts that parcells trade on relative to fully assembled sites, and thr trend to higher densities. 

Would like to hear what more experienced people have to say about the using capital or opening up a line of credit and which do they feel is the bet way for someone to just be getting into the game.

Best bet is to allow pets, price a pet into the rent regardless of whether the renter has one, and get a large enough deposit to cover damages.
