Tips for long distance sale of a condo in Clarksville, TN?

I have a condo in Clarksville, TN (Governor's Crossing for those who live there) that I was renting out to a rent to own tenant. The tenant has moved out and I want to sell. I was planning to go up there but my job is keeping me here in AL (lower Alabama) and it's a 7 hour drive.

I'm looking into the best way to sell without having to be there and without an agent.

Things to figure out:

How will I get the keys to someone and who?

How will I check on the repairs I schedule?

How will I get a lockbox on the door?

Anything I'm missing?

I know the simplest answer is hire a great Realtor but I am looking for creative ways of leveraging mostly unskilled labor to drive costs down.

Anyone had any luck with hiring and trusting people from sites like wegolook, fiverr, up work, we work, etc.
