Patience: I've been a member of BP and my local REIA for much longer than a year so I got a lot of education first.

I'm nowhere near my first deal yet, I'm just trying to get educated and informed so I don't make costly mistakes.I'm looking to connect with other UK based property investors to discuss strategies and share contacts and practices.

Neal Bawa does a lot of educating on this particular subject. 

Now that I have some additional time to educate myself, I've been looking for deals within my area.

Do I just find the owner of rental properties through public records and contact them or is there another way?

I am currently educating myself in real estate investing and practices.

While I'm checking up on the trailer , the onsite park Realtor asks me about listing it, notes it doesn't have stickers and educates me about retiring VIN so you can sell as real property and since mine was this or that it was retired, making me feel grateful I was good on this new VIN information.Now on the market, got me a buyer, fast cash closing and title company says the VIN wasn't retired after all, still in original owner name since 2006, and I don't freaking own the mobile home.So thought I'd share my story with you while I consider my options.  

I am a Mechanical engineer by education but an investor/entrepreneur by choice.
