Hello everyone,

I am a new investor. A little about myself, I grew up in Apex, NC. Joined the military when I was 20, served for 9 years and now contracting overseas to help fund my ideas in the real estate. What I want to accomplish is to create enough passive income to not work for anyone or at least do something I actually like. What I have learned over the years is building a real estate empire in my local community. I am currently living in Fayetteville, North Carolina but working overseas. Now that I have some additional time to educate myself, I've been looking for deals within my area. I can see the opportunity that is coming to Fayetteville. Right now this area I believe is going to be booming with all the new businesses and projects, including the new minor league stadium. I am looking for someone to help me along the way but also help me get into my first property so that I can grow. I have a plan for my madness. So far I have a few properties and multi-units that I want to invest in with a partner. I am doing this from overseas so I would like to work with someone who is on the ground willing to work with me. I am very serious about my goals.

Look up Shelby Osborne's real estate team. @Michael Glaspie is on it and they are all veterans. They are located in Fayetteville, NC and are great people! They even host an event called pints and properties in the area.
