As of this writing, I'm new here to these forums, so I appreciate you reading.I'm a Realtor here in the Phoenix-Metro area in Arizona, and I'm really hoping to figure out how to find investors who value data on profits.I've been working with some out-of-state investors for over a year, finding them multi-family units to purchase and rent out, primarily.I've created some pretty great tools to not just find good properties, but to find the best and most profitable properties in this market.Unfortunately, despite their resources, investing is not these clients' primary focus.

It really depends on the price point in the metro area, in a place like Baltimore or Toledo where the price points are low and therefore debt is low rates aren’t a huge deal.
