According to RentCafe, Austin Texas is number 4 for new projects. This shows that there is huge rental demand for the area given the job growth and company expansions.

@Ryan Kelly @Aaron Gordy I saw a statistic that we need 100,000 new apartment units over the next 5 years. It's easy to look at all the new buildings when you are driving around town and think they're building too much. When you see these statistics, they'll be lucky if they keep up!
